*ALS
Four years ago, sharp pain developed in his left leg with no obvious causes. The pain extended from the waist to the left leg and persisted for 10-15 minutes. *Ataxia
Juhaina was born in 2000. She had horizontal nystagmus, with no other abnormalities. She began speaking when she was one and began walking at one and a half years old, but she began having an unusual gait. Around the age of two, her symptoms began progressing more rapidly, including developing problems with her speaking, and her walking becoming more unstable. With the progression of the disease Juhaina was eventually unable to walk without assistance. During this time, Juhaina¡¯s family did not seek treatment and as a result, her walking difficulty, speech and balance continued to deteriorate.

*Autism
Muhammad´s speech development lagged behind other children´s of the same age. He could only express simple words or sentences. He was bitten by a mosquito when he was 2 years old, and came down with a high fever with a temperature of 42 degree. He was diagnosed with dengue fever. Five days after the treatment, the symptoms subsided. Three weeks later, he got bitten by a mosquito again, and was once again diagnosed with dengue fever and the symptoms subsided after the second treatment. Soon after this time, the symptoms returned and got worse. Muhammad´s speaking ability was reduced to the point where he couldn´t communicate with anyone and he basically was living in his own world. He was brought to the local hospital and was diagnosed with Autism. He received rehabilitation therapy, but the results were less than satisfactory. Muhammad had no interested in the outside world and lacked basic social skills and had difficulty with language comprehension.

*Batten Disease
Two and a half years ago Yana had a serious fall and suffered a grand mal seizure. Her family took her to the local hospital and she was given Depakine for antiepileptic treatment, but the seizures still occurred. Yana also had frequent falls and visual impairment. Her ability to speak gradually decreased, she became unresponsive and her cognitive abilities gradually decreased. Along with the difficulty walking, Yana could not easily raise her head, and about two months ago was unable to use her hands to grasp objects. Currently Yana is able to speak only a few words but her family can understand her meaning. She is able to move her arms and legs while she is in bed as well as turn over and sit up. Yana continues to experience minor seizures with localized tremors. For the sake of continued treatment, Yana´s family decided to bring her to Wu Stem Cells Medical Center.

*Brain Injury
Zakariya was involved in a traffic accident 5 years ago, and suffered from a diffuse axonal injury. He developed difficulties with his speech, a memory impairment, balance disorder and damage to all four limbs. The damage to the left side of the body was more severe. He received a tracheotomy for 2 months to assist with the difficulty with breathing. He consistently participated in physical therapy and after some time, his cognitive ability and motor functioning showed some improvement. At present, the muscle coordination and balance is poor, Zakariya has difficulty with concentration and he is unable to walk independently.

*Epilepsy
Medical History:
Koh is a 20 year old man and the onset of his disease happened 18 years ago (October 2010) and came on suddenly, without any obvious causes. From then on, he suffered repeated attacks; the EEG showed he had epileptic seizures. He received anti-epileptic treatment, but the seizures still occurred, and the seizures took on different forms, including generalized tonic-clonic seizures (GTCS), absence seizures, atonic seizures, simple partial seizures and complex partial seizures of automatism. There were multiple gouges in his tongue, without bite wounds. There was no incontinence. Koh was diagnosed with LGS Epilepsy syndrome. He received anti-epileptic treatment, but the medications were ineffective. The seizures occurred 3-4 times each day, his cognitive abilities decreased, his responses were slow, and could only occasionally execute his mother¡¯s simple instructions.

Abdul was married at 19 years old and wanted to have a family. He went to the local hospital for an examination, which showed he had a low sperm count. He went to andriatrics department in 2007. At this time, the testosterone level was lower than normal. The prolactin and estradiol levels were almost normal. *MSA
Maria also had difficulty walking and was often fatigued which had been going on for the past 4 months. The disease is progressive and when Maria went to a local hospital to get an EMG of her legs, it was revealed that there was a nerve conduction velocity delay in both legs, accompanied by demyelization changes. Maria also received an MRI which showed cerebellar atrophy, degenerative changes in white matter, and a hemangioma in the right internal carotid artery. Maria was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and did not receive specialized treatment for it. Other symptoms included difficulty swallowing and occasional coughing and breathing difficulties.
Because of Maria¡¯s limited options for treatment in her home country, she decided to come to our medical center.

*Sensorineural Headaches
Jessica suffered from a car accident 10 years ago, but there were no immediate symptoms at that time. She started suffering from headaches and intermittent seizures about one and a half years ago. *Spinal Muscular Atrophy
