He started having severe epileptic seizures when he was 3 years old which lasted about 30 seconds in duration.
He received treatment in local hospital; however there were no real improvements, he had epileptic seizure for every a few month. He was more serious when he was 4 years and a half old. He had difficulty with walking, decreased vision and hearing, aphasia, slow responses, vision sharpdecline, decreased cognitive abilities and dysphagia, gradually. He had deeding tube for diet, the muscle strength of four limbs was increase, and he was lie in bed gradually. He received muscle biopsy and was diagnosed with Batten disease. The epileptic seizure wasn´t under control,

Alexia is a lovely girl who was perfectly healthy up until 4 years old. Her father showed us several photos of her. In some of the photos she wore dresses that made her look like a princess and was seated at a table eating a birthday cake. She looks so lovely in these photos. At roughly 4 years old, Alexia was presented with walking difficulties and an overall weakness in all four limbs. She gradually reached the point where she could no longer walk and became bedridden. She was unable to speak, had difficulty breathing, as well as difficulty swallowing. This was accompanied by several epileptic seizures every day.

Hailey is 6 yeas old, when she was 5 years old, she was diagnosed as Batten disease after a series of test in local hospital. She can not speak, she can not walk any more, and she has severe epilepsy attack every day.
